Stephen & Lizzie

I’m excited to share the success story of Stephen and Lizzie who I recently worked with to sell their

home.

My relationship with Stephen actually dates back to 2008 when I raced at the Beijing Olympics. During this time there was a group of businessmen dubbed the “Tight 5” who supported me financially during my Olympic campaign, which Stephen was a big part of.

This home ended up being a bit tougher to sell due to a number of competing properties on the market at the time, and a lot of uncertainty in the market. We ended up not selling at Auction and were very close to pulling the property from the market. After some good discussions with Stephen and Lizzie, we decided to keep it on the market for 2 more weeks and thankfully we did. On the Friday before the final two open homes, we ended up in a 2-way multi offer and the property was sold to an out-of-town buyer.

It was such a pleasing result for all of us and a nice way to reconnect again and thank them for their support what feels like many moons ago.
