Claire & Colin

This story had a lot of moving parts to it and with the whole process taking over 6 months I really got to know Colin and Claire well.

Colin and Claire wanted to sell their home but before that could happen, over 40 years of decluttering was seriously needed before bringing the property to the market. Claire also had to find and purchase her new home, which we did at Auction and whilst all this was happening Colin had to settle on a Retirement Village and ready himself for the big move – not easy!

Come Auction Day the stars finally aligned and only one piece of the puzzle remained… selling their family home. In the end it was a great auction and a great campaign, and we sold it under the hammer unconditionally with multiple parties bidding to own this home.

Colin and Claire were both thrilled with the result and so was I, they were such a great family to work with and we had a lot of fun along the way.
