Chris

This is a sale I will remember for many years to come as it was my first ever sale.

I met Chris through an open home I did for and although that house didn’t suit, I continued working with Chris to try and find him a property that he loved. After discussing his needs and viewing a number of open homes, we finally found a home that ticked all of his boxes and then set out a plan to be ready for Auction.

Initially, Chris was a little hesitant about buying at Auction, but after talking him through the process, and having a good strategy on the day, he was well prepared and in a prime position to buy his first home.

We ended up bidding against one other party and holding the highest bid we went out of the room for negotiations to close the deal. It was Chris’s first home, so it was special moment for him and one he probably won’t forget either!
