I first met Jeff and Victoria at a property I was opening up for Leann Marriott. They ended up

putting in an offer on the property subject to us selling their home.

We had some really impressive numbers through the home in those first few weeks but for some reason we couldn’t find the buyer. It was really tough because the home had been so well looked after for over 30 years, and well-presented for each open home, but it was just the market we were in – it was tough!

Before the very first open home I gave an out-of-town family a private viewing of this home. They loved it and wanted to buy it but having to sell their home in the North Island first meant the timing wasn’t right for them. Five months later, and with over 70 groups through the doors and a large number of open homes the stars aligned, and ended up buying the property!

In the end, Jeff and Victoria were thrilled with the outcome. They were able to sell their property to the perfect buyer and start the next phase of their life. It was a dream result.
